In the case of an approved reservation and received confirmation (e-mail), within 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the message, the full amount (100%) should be paid, as it is mandatory in the basis of the payment order to indicate: names of applicant, reference number and rest base.

In case the payment is not made within the specified period, the reservation is cancelled.

Up-to-date information on available places with the possibility of reservation is maintained on the website of "Toplofikatsia Sofia" EAD.
